This Refund Policy applies to all consultancy services provided by Provelty Enterprises through udyam-registration.com. By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Please note: There are no government fees for Udyam Registration. Our charges are solely for professional consultancy, advisory, and document-processing assistance provided by our team. You may apply directly and free of cost on the official portal at udyamregistration.gov.in.
1. Nature of the Fee Charged
The amount paid by you is a professional service fee for:
- Reviewing your business details and determining the correct MSME classification.
- Guiding you through the Aadhaar authentication and OTP process.
- Filing the Udyam Registration application on the official portal using the information you provide.
- Coordinating with you during verification and resolving PAN/GST/Aadhaar mismatch errors where possible.
- Delivering the final Udyam Registration Certificate to your registered email.
- Post-issuance support for corrections, reprints, and clarifications (within the agreed scope).
The fee is charged for the time, effort, and expertise of our consultants — not for the certificate itself, which is issued by the Government of India.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy — General Rule
As a general rule, we operate a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made and work has commenced on your application, the service fee is non-refundable. This is because:
- Our consultants begin reviewing and processing your details immediately upon payment.
- Significant time and resources are invested in verification, filing, and follow-up.
- The Udyam Registration Number is typically generated within minutes to hours of filing.
3. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
Refund requests will be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Registration Number NOT generated: If, despite payment and complete cooperation from your side, we are unable to generate your Udyam Registration Number due to a verifiable fault on our part.
- Duplicate payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a payment gateway or system error (subject to verification with our payment partner).
- Service not rendered: If we decline to take up your case within 72 hours of payment and before any substantive work has begun.
Important: To be eligible under clause 3(a), you must have provided complete, accurate, and valid information. Failure to complete Aadhaar OTP verification, mismatched PAN/Aadhaar details, or delays in providing required documents from your end do not qualify as fault on our part.
4. When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted
Refunds are not available under any of the following circumstances:
- The Udyam Registration Certificate has been successfully generated and delivered.
- You provided incorrect, incomplete, or false information (name, Aadhaar, PAN, business activity, bank details, etc.).
- Your Aadhaar is not linked with a valid mobile number or PAN, preventing OTP authentication.
- You failed to respond within a reasonable time to communications requesting additional information.
- The delay or failure is due to downtime, maintenance, or technical issues on the official Udyam portal or other government systems (beyond our control).
- You changed your mind, no longer require the service, or wish to apply directly on the government portal after we have commenced work.
- A corrected certificate was requested after the original was already issued with information you provided.
- Your enterprise is found to be ineligible under MSME classification criteria due to reasons not disclosed at the time of payment.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under clause 3, please follow this process:
- Email your refund request to info@udyam-registration.com within 7 days of the payment date.
- Include the following details: payment transaction ID, date of payment, amount, registered mobile number, email used for the application, and a clear description of your grievance.
- Attach any screenshots, payment confirmations, or communications that support your claim.
Requests received after 7 days may not be entertained.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- We will notify you by email within 3–5 business days of our decision.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your statement.
- Bank charges or gateway fees (typically 2–3% of the transaction) may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel and refund a service at our discretion, for example where:
- We detect suspected fraudulent documents or misrepresentation.
- The information provided cannot be reconciled with Aadhaar/PAN records.
- The client is abusive or non-cooperative.
In such cases, any refund will be at our sole discretion and made in accordance with the principles set out in this policy.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage clients to reach out to us directly at info@udyam-registration.com or +91 89569 04650 before raising a chargeback or dispute with the payment gateway or bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
Unjustified or frivolous chargebacks may result in recovery action under applicable law.
9. Modifications to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or payment partner terms. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
