1. Nature of Our Service

We provide professional consultancy and advisory services to assist businesses with Udyam Registration, MSME registration, certificate corrections, reprints, and related services. Our service fee is charged solely for the professional assistance, advisory guidance, and time spent by our consultants — not for the Udyam Registration itself, which is issued free of charge by the Government of India.

Clients are free to apply directly and independently on the official government portal at no cost. By choosing our service, you voluntarily opt to avail our consultancy assistance.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must be the lawful owner, proprietor, partner, or authorised representative of the enterprise for which registration is requested.
• By submitting a form or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information (including Aadhaar, PAN, GST, bank details, business activity, and contact details).
• Ensuring that all documents, numbers, and details submitted are authentic and legally belong to you or the enterprise you represent.
• Keeping your registered mobile number and email active to receive OTP, communications, and certificate-related notifications.
• Reviewing the issued certificate promptly and notifying us of any corrections required within 7 days of issuance.
• Complying with all applicable Indian laws, MSME rules, and the MSMED Act, 2006.

We shall not be liable for errors, delays, or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

4. Service Delivery & Turnaround

While we strive to complete most registrations within 1–2 business days, actual turnaround depends on:

• Availability and responsiveness of the official Udyam portal.
• Aadhaar authentication, OTP delivery, and PAN/GST verification systems operated by the Government of India.
• Completeness and accuracy of the information supplied by you.

Delays caused by downtime or technical issues on government portals are beyond our control and do not entitle the client to a refund.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are to be made through the payment gateway options listed on our website. We do not store card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• The fee displayed at the time of payment is inclusive of our professional service charge. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added as per law.
• Payment confirms your acceptance of our terms and marks the formal engagement of our services.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, blog articles, layout, and design — is the property of Provelty Enterprises or is used with appropriate licence. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
